I am a visiting faculty member at the MIT Morningside Academy for Design (MAD), an interdisciplinary hub dedicated to the transformative power of design. At MAD, I bring my passion for business model design into the classroom, helping students understand that technology must serve an organization’s mission, values, and incentives—not the other way around. I get energized by the challenge of guiding future leaders to think beyond short-term gains and instead build value flywheels that align stakeholder incentives for long-term impact. Through teaching, mentorship, and collaboration, I want to help the next generation of innovators build companies where impact and economics align.
